Common questions regarding Postulate franchise terms, curriculum, software licensing, and operational support.

The franchise model allows the franchise partner to establish and operate a POSTULATE franchise office using the POSTULATE brand, systems, technology, curriculum, operational processes, and business support provided by the Head Office. The franchise partner manages the office locally, while the Head Office provides centralized operational, academic, technology, marketing, and business support.
The partner operates as an authorized POSTULATE partner, providing approved POSTULATE training programs and software solutions under the applicable terms, standards, and guidelines.
The franchise partner is responsible for arranging and establishing the office, including the required premises, interiors, furniture, infrastructure, utilities, and other local establishment requirements. POSTULATE Head Office provides the required guidelines and support for setting up the office according to the brand and operational standards.
The franchise partner is responsible for the office's rent, advance, maintenance, electricity, internet, utilities, and other premises-related expenses. The location and premises should be approved according to POSTULATE's franchise requirements.
The franchise partner is responsible for recruiting the required local staff for the office. Depending on the role, POSTULATE Head Office can provide guidance regarding staff requirements, job roles, qualification standards, recruitment structure, and training.

Settlement will be made based on the applicable franchise agreement, eligible collections, adjustments, refunds, taxes, and other applicable deductions.
